Director of Catering and Events
When not practicing aerial arts, you can find Melissa outside boating, biking, camping and hiking. As a lover of wine, you'll find her enjoying a glass of her latest find at the end of the day. Cheers!
Ian Feiwus
Executive Chef
Ian was born and raised in Dallas, TX and started cooking at the age of 13. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, New York, he returned to Dallas to hone his skills. He has a son and a daughter which take up most of his free time in the best way possible. In his spare time, Ian enjoys working on his home, breaking a sweat at the gym and cooking for his family at home.
Erika Jeter
Sous Chef
After spending years abroad and growing up in the Northeast, Erika discovered that the best communication happens over excellent food. Working as an international English teacher for four years morphed into working as a private chef instructor in Korea. She went to culinary school in New York and remained working as a chef in Manhattan for another four years. Erika is now settled in Dallas with her rescue cat, Vince. Her hobbies outside of culinaria are free diving, road trips, photography and podcasts.
Zak Blanton
Catering Sales Manager
Zak was born and raised in Dallas, TX but his heart belongs to the Denver Broncos. He has two boys at home that keep him going daily. When not at work, Zak can be found spending time with family, taking in sports of all kind, working on home improvement projects and making up for his love of the Denver Broncos by rooting for the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars and Oklahoma Sooners (can't win 'em all).
Kimberly Garcia
Catering Operations Manager
Kimberly is mom to two adorable kitties and one playful pup. During her free time, she loves exploring the Dallas food scene wither her fiance. She is our resident brunch hotspot expert. One of her favorite hobbies is attending Painting with a Twist classes with friends.
