Do you offer non-profit discounts?
As a non-profit, 501C-3 your organization will receive 20% off of the advertised room rental price.
In addition to the above discount, our event managers will work with you to align your event vision and budget to create a successful event.

At the Dallas Zoo, our team will manage your venue rental, food and beverage, basic AV, and event rentals, staffing, set up and tear-down.
And, of course, we can't forget about the atmosphere!
What is included in the venue rental cost?
Included with your venue rental are tables, chairs (within available inventory), basic AV (screen, projector, microphones (amount varies per room), WiFi, on-site event manager and for evening events, animals on exhibit at select venues (subject to availability)!
